Whether or not you are an Obama supporter, I think we can agree that a junk-science advocate has no role heading OSHA. I can let the anti-gun activist part go. It’s his business how he interprets the Second Amendment. But arguing against the Daubert decision puts him in a category of such shameful anti-intellectual behavior that he should never hold a position of public service.
