She is only three months after surgery and so her belly button scar is still red.  But the new belly button already has a rounder and better shape than the slit-like shape she had before surgery. Her horizontal scar is totally concealed within the thin band of her underwear.  The combination of the liposuction and tightening of her muscles make her look flatter, but on this view not much laxity is visible.  Look to the next views of her sitting and bending over to see that she really has a lot of laxity.
