This Chinese woman had significant emptiness, droopiness, and asymmetry after nursing several children.  She wanted to be lifted, perky, and larger.  Asymmetric lifts and breast implants were placed.  She is only thre-months post op in these photos and so the scars are at their very thickest and darkest; they should improve significantly with time.  But there is never a guarantee about scars; to be safe, you should only get a lift if you would be okay having imperfect scars.  Ultimately the scar is out of the control of the surgeon and patient.
