This 55-year-old woman wanted her breasts to be higher and less droopy. Many patients in her situation would have wanted to maintain all their size and just do a lift, but she wanted to be a bit smaller. With menopause her breasts thickened a bit and dropped more, and she wanted to regain a lighter and more svelte physique. The post op photo was taken at 10 months and so her scars can be expected to fade significantly.
